-(Full-Body Massage) คือการนวดทั่วทั้งร่างกายตั้งแต่ศีรษะจรดปลายเท้า โดยไม่ได้ระบุเฉพาะเจาะจงว่าจะต้องเป็นการนวดประเภทไหน เพราะการนวดแผนไทย นวดสวีดิช หรือการนวดสปอร์ตที่เน้นการดูแลทั่วทั้งร่างกายก็ถือว่าเป็นการนวดตัวได้เช่นกัน เทอราปิสจะเริ่มนวดบริเวณหลังหรือเท้า และค่อยๆ นวดผ่อนคลายทั่วร่างกาย -(Full-Body Massage) is a massage of the entire body from head to toe. Without specifying specifically what type of massage it must be. Because traditional Thai massage, Swedish massage, or sports massage that focuses on taking care of the entire body can be considered body massage as well. The therapist will begin by massaging your back or feet and slowly work your way through the entire body.
